Terms of Service

WiseTurn ("the Service") is provided by canidreambig llc ("we", "us"). By using the Service you are entering an agreement with canidreambig llc and agree to these terms. If you keep using the Service, you accept any updated version of these terms.

The Service

WiseTurn translates garment care tags, tracks wardrobe and linen inventory, and logs items sent to cleaners or for repair. Care instructions are guidance only; always use your own judgment with valuable or delicate items.

Your account

You must be of legal age (or have authority to bind your organization), give accurate information, and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful use, fraud or spam.
  • No infringing anyone's intellectual property.
  • No interfering with security: no malware, probing, scraping or bypassing limits.
  • No reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the Service.

Ownership

canidreambig llc owns the Service, including its software, content and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. You keep ownership of the photos and notes you add; you let us store and process them only to run the Service for you.

Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

Service level

We work hard to keep WiseTurn running, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Service is provided "as is" without implied warranties, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for a material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the Service at any time. When access ends, you may ask us to export or delete your data.
